Wherever purity matters.
Hygienic valve engineering for biopharma, food & beverage, cosmetics, cultivated meat, and data-center cooling. Same 316L bar-stock discipline across every sector · American made in Carson City, Nevada.
Sector / 01
Biopharma & Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
From upstream bioreactor sampling to downstream chromatography to sterile fill-finish. Every process step that touches product · every CIP loop, every SIP cycle, every point-of-use valve · built in 316L bar-stock, MTRs on every part, USP Class VI diaphragms. This is the sector Aquasyn was built for.
- Bioreactor sampling & media prep
- CIP / SIP loop isolation
- Chromatography feed & buffer distribution
- TFF and downstream filtration
- Point-of-use for WFI / PW loops
- Sterile fill / finish transfer
Sector / 02
Food, Beverage, Brewing & Distilling
Craft breweries and global dairy plants use the same hygienic hardware. Aquasyn valves handle whole-fruit purée, hop pellets, thick mashes, and sticky sugars without pinning · then take the CIP cycle without complaint. When a product changeover has to run allergen-clean, cleanability wins the spec.
- Brewing: wort transfer, hop dosing, yeast handling
- Dairy: milk lines, culture propagation
- Distilling: mash, fermentation, still transfer
- Fruit & juice: high-particulate slurry
- Carbonated beverage lines
- Tank-bottom & CIP-out isolation
Sector / 03
Cosmetics & Personal Care
Emulsions, creams, lotions, gels. High-viscosity, sometimes abrasive, often shear-sensitive · and every product changeover carries an allergen or fragrance-carryover risk. ARTēVA® pinch valves handle thick emulsions without shear damage; diaphragm valves keep the CIP loop compliant. One workshop that understands both.
- Emulsion & cream transfer
- High-viscosity fill-line isolation
- Fragrance / allergen changeover CIP
- Abrasive powder slurries
- Batch homogenizer feed & discharge
- Hygienic sampling from mix tanks
Sector / 04
Cultivated Meat & Alternative Foods
The engineering demands of mammalian cell culture at food scale, combined with a cost pressure biopharma has never had to solve. Precision fermentation for mycoprotein, egg protein, and animal-free dairy needs the same hardware discipline as biopharma · sized differently, priced honestly. Aquasyn ships biopharma-grade valves into pilot and commercial-scale skids for teams building this out.
- Cell-culture bioreactor process piping
- Precision-fermentation feed & harvest
- Media prep & buffer distribution
- Hygienic sampling for cell-count QC
- CIP / SIP loops on commercial-scale skids
- Shear-sensitive suspension-culture handling
Sector / 05
Data Center Cooling
Hyperscale AI compute has forced liquid cooling into the mainstream. Closed-loop, immersion, and direct-to-chip systems all need coolant-distribution hardware that stays leak-tight over ten-year service life and does not shed particulate into deionized water. The same discipline that protects a WFI loop protects a GPU-cluster cooling loop · with dramatically lower risk to the workload it supports.
- Closed-loop liquid cooling for GPU / AI clusters
- Immersion cooling coolant distribution
- Direct-to-chip cold-plate manifolds
- Deionized water treatment loops
- Coolant sampling & conductivity monitoring
- Facility-side heat-rejection isolation
Our engineering team has built valves for dozens of niche hygienic processes.
Six sectors on this page. Many more shipped from the workshop over 30 years · specialty chemicals, semiconductor UHP, aquaculture, hemp extraction, laboratory automation. If your process moves fluid and cannot tolerate contamination, we have probably built for it.
